I have my taskbar on autohide. When I am using Netscape IM, the taskbar opens everytime someone writes to me. And I can't hide it until I click on the IM window that wrote to me. This never happened in 98. How can I fix this?

The problem here is a feature called window takes focus, when someone writes to you does the window on the taskbar start flashing, if so then u have a feature enabled called window takes focus which means it will come up and flash until u click on it or chaneg the focus to another window, i.e. click on another window, there is an option to disable this, i just can't remember where, i think it is under display properties somewhere
