In Windows 2000 I put the defrag program in Task Scheduler to run every nite. However I see that the program will not run if Windows determines that defragmentation is not necessary. How can I force it to run each and every nite? Are there command line options to set??

Task scheduler will not run defrag in win2k, however you can schedual a vbs to run defrag
