System 32 folder opens up

Everytime you login no matter what the user is the System 32 folder opens up, there is nothing in the startup that makes it do this please can u let me know how to stop this from happening ? Thanks in advance

I have seen this happen before. In the case I had, there was a subkey under RUN in the registry that had no value. deleting the subkey corrected the issue.

(be carefull when using REGEDIT - there is no "undo" option)

Run REGEDIT
look for HKLM, Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version, RUN
