Hi
I have mirror a hardisk from server 1 and installed into server 2. (network is unplugged in server 2)
then i run syspref and configured a different server name and IP address. After i rebooted server 2 and plugged in the network ..it seems that server 1 and server 2 has the same IP address. It can not ping each other.

Does anyone know what ihave missed out here?

thanks

Well you will have to run SYSPREP not syspref at first. After that you will need to install not install first and after that use sysprep. I advice you to first learn how to use sysprep because your server2 is open for attacks now.
