svchost.exe error

Whatis this? When I go online and open IE5 this error pops up. I am unable to right click on links to open in a new page. Some links and thumbnail pics won't open whether left or right clicking. This is a used computer I bought on Tues. from a reputable dealer. Is this error causing the navigation problems? What can I do? Thanks for your help.

it is MSBLAST worm D virus. Do ur internet connection working still? Go to symantec.com to search for this virus. I jsut got this virus and I spent two days to fix it.. and now I got another virus.... damn Tell me what happens next once you fix the problem..
