Sudden Loss of Network Connection

At random times (about every 2 weeks) I loose network connection on 2 servers and possibly all 6 XP Pro workstations on the network. Both servers are running W2K Server, one server for applications and the other is a citrix server. My first guess was the HP switch, but it has been replaced and 2 weeks later the problem is back. My second guess was a power problem, but I found no evidence to back it up, and nothing appears to be rebooting. The connection loss is only a second or so, just long enough for the users to get kicked out of citrix and locked out of the Point-Of-Sale application causing me to have to reboot both servers to get the users back in the applications. Does anyone have any suggestions on where look or what to do next?

When this happens u reboot only the servers or the clients too? did u try to unplug the RJs from the ethernet cards and plug them back?if no try to do this and see if the connection comes back after this unpluging without rebooting ur pcs... did u check ur event viewer maybe it says something about this?please try this hint and feed back.
When the problem occurs, I only have to reboot the servers. I have not tried to unplug the NICs because I get the connection back. I have to reboot because the users are lock out of the POS application and citrix because of the sudden loss of connectivity. I have checked the Event Viewers on both the servers, but all it shows is the loss of network connectivity, and regaining connectivity. Thanks for your suggestion.
