There are Beta drivers for that card. I had e-mailed Pinnacle about this and they sent me some info. I don't have the info here at work but I'll post back tonight with the drivers you need.

This is what Pinnacle told me -

There are now drivers for the DC10+ board which work with Windows 2000. The configuration you list, since you aren't using Studio software, is not supported. However, you may be able to get it to work with these drivers since they do work with the DC10+ and Windows 2000.

I'm providing the "standard answer" below. You will want to select just the drivers from these downloads if you do not have the Studio 7 software at all.

Please download the following BETA software:

The following improvements have been made in Studio 7.11 BETA compared with version 7.07:

Major features of this release:

DC10plus Windows XP and Windows 2000 support. - also requires Studio 7 DC10plus Win XP/2K patch (see below)
Improved ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon support
MPEG-2 quality improvement (fixed field swap)
Audio peak meter works correctly
Slow-mo quality improvement (better de-interlace)
Titles can be trimmed past 1 hour mark on timeline
Output volume slider displays properly
Improved quality after HFX (eliminated luminance shift)
Custom Capture settings with DC10plus work properly
