Strart up display

MSN page appears at start up. This always has to be closed to reach desk top.
How do I get rid of this page at start up?

Go in Start / Program / Startup and look if there's a link to msn in there. If so, just delete it.

Went to Startup as you suggested, but there is no link there to MSN ?
