Has anyone ever seen this prob?
I have a computer on my network thats really slow when accessing another systems's files. But the weird thing is when I ping the slow system, sending packets "out" is slow, but recieving packets from another system is fine 10ms and up, while only 1ms transmitting.
Any ideas?? HELP! Thank you

It's a simple process, and since you've already swapped the hub, cables, and card - it's worth a shot: uninstall TCP/IP and disconnect the mapped drives from the other computers, reinstall all the settings and re-connect. This will start everything over from scratch. Also, make sure that after you tried a new network card that you updated the drivers. 0o
