Strange Keyboard problem

Hi,
I have a "Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elit"
Every time I boot the computer the light on the keyboard lights up but I am unable to type anything until I restart.
I have looked for a driver for this keyboard but cannot find one.
Any ideas???
