Strange blue screen message

I get this blue screen message and then i must restart my computer:

Have you done a google search of "STOP: 0x000000D1" yet? If not, start there, a lot of links come up regarding this error message.

0xED520484 is failing instruction address. Install pstat and you can find the failing module.

If you don't know how to interpret the output of pstat. Attach the pstat output here

I find two hits at google with the same datestamp of your failing module. Maybe your windows is infected with virus or spyware.
