Have you done a google search of "STOP: 0x000000D1" yet? If not, start there, a lot of links come up regarding this error message.
0xED520484 is failing instruction address. Install pstat and you can find the failing module.

I find two hits at google with the same datestamp of your failing module. Maybe your windows is infected with virus or spyware.
