I know how to delete programs from my Startup Folder, but there are programs running at startup which I want to remove. I can view them by going Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Software Environment/Startup Programs. But there seems to be no way to stop them from running. Win 98 has MSCONFIG that you could run and select which programs would be loaded at startup. Any suggestions?
