When I boot on Win2kPro, 3 out of 4 times I receive a stop error (0xC00000221). It is associated with a file name of either ntdll.dll or audstub.sys. If I try multiple times it will finally boot correctly. I updated the drivers for my Creation PCI 128 sound card and my 3dfx tv card. I also updated the bios on my Soyo mother board. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

I had to take my computer in and the repair at Gateway said that the graphics card was corrupted. It was doing the same thing as yours
