I am experiencing Stop errors (blue screen/system crash) when using NAV and was wondering if the SP3 could possibly fix this. Bottom line is: I'm not sure my OS is, say, "official" as I don't have the CDRom. Will the SP3 disable my OS is it's not "official"?

How did you install the OS if you don't have the CD? Did it come Pre-installed? I'm guessing not because you say the install is not "official"
