Hi, What OS do you have? What does the error screen look like (A full ble screen?) and when exactly in the boot process does it occur? Does the computer boot into the operating system? Have you tried booting into safe mode? Read this article about Stop: 0x50 errors: Microsoft TechNet Help Shaun
