For some reason, I have idea why, but I clean out the startup with the msconfig.exe I copied to the c:\winnt\system32 folder, and when I reboot it comes back. I will clear it from msconfig, and check win.ini, boot.ini, system.ini and nothing is in there. I go in the registry and make a backup and then delete all the keys that have to do with that and it still comes up. Winhelp.exe comes up and iexplorer.exe comes up when Windows comes up. I dont think this is normal because there are three winhelp.exe files on this computer, and one of them doesnt have an icon, so I deleted it, but im guessing it came back. Please help on how to configure these to NOT come up with startup

winhelp.exe should NOT be loaded automatically during start-up. its probobly a trojan of some sort that just has the name "winhelp.exe" I would delete all instances of this file besides the one located at C:\windows\winhelp.exe

It does sound like you have a Trojan.
Try downloading The Cleaner from moosoft (there is a trial version).
If there is a Trojan, it'll find and clean it for you.

Hope this helps... Good Luck!
