Hello there, you can use a little program for windows called RegCleaner. Open the program and click on startup list, now all u have to do is remove the reg entries that u dont want to run during startup.

Haven't tried regcleaner, but here's one that can be installed as a control panel. It's free and works very well: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

two things, you CAN add msconfig to w2k and you can just remove the programs from the startup in the registry, takes 30 seconds...
