Put the installation CD for Win 2000 in the CD-player. Go to Start and then Run. Type d:\bootdisk\makeboot a:(assuming d: is the cd-unit) and then hit OK. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Important: You'll need four empty 1,44 MB-diskettes.

The experience i have had with the startup disk for win2000 is for setup purposes only. I would recomend having a win98 startup disk. it will boot dos, and, as long as there are no ntfs partitions, views the hard drive.
