Start menu freezing

Hello! I've done something on my DC and now start menu is freezing on all computers in the domain. What I did is, I set rights for users folders so that each users has rights only for his folder !! Please help, if anyone nows what this is ...

well the problem sounds to me like users can't access the boot files. is it just a custom folder that you are letting them access? why don't you try giving people read access to the system32 folder and the root C: and lock them out of the rest.

Possibly you've somehow blocked access to DNS very slow or seemingly non existant booting of clients is usually down to DNS problems

I already solved the issue. My users folders are all in c:\Users, which rights I set to admninistrator, but for users folders (inside that folder) I set that only the user whose folder that is can access his files. I don't know why, but somehow also the folder C:\Users must be accessible by all users. Now everything works fine.
