I am getting a Spool 32 kernel 32.dll error message when printing from Outlook Express and Internet Explorer, all other programs print without the error.

i have a problem some what like yours.. but i DO not have a solve.. i was installing a HP burn drive to a Satelite Pro 4300 lap top.. it seems to have corupted my WINSPOOL.drv.. and there for i have NO D drive.. either CD/DVD rom.. it's error 31 says.. that the WINSPOOL is damaged there for can not load the CD/dvd rom drivers.. i need some one to help me replace or update or repair the Winspool.drv.. so i can put in a system disk and rewrite my system.. this Lap top only alows me to formate off the DOS CD rom.. not over write.. so please help.. i have 2 months of Graphic art and Much needed files on my system.. which i can not back up.. nor save with out this.. thanks.. Robert
