I have a dual boot 98 and 2000 machine with system commander. Ecs k7s5a athlon 1700+. I installed SP3 , which took 1 1/2 hours to install and when the computer rebooted i noticed the progress bar on the black background screen, it says for troublshooting something or other press F8, was shifted over to the left. Now it say's ooting something press F8. So i let the thing start and run and it seemed ok but when i made a backup copy of this with drive image 5.o and restarted the bios settings went back to default. So i went into bios and low and behold the bios screen is also shifted to the left, now i cant read some of it. So today i went and dl latest bios from ecs and flashed it which was tricky because i cant see the A prompt, it is off screen. This did not help. Computer seems to run ok bios did update but i would like to fix this shifted screens. Win 98 splash screen also shifted. I have backups of before sp3 and am wondering if they would help but the fact that win 2k seems to work fine makes me wonder. Thanks for the help
