The chipset was created by Ectiva(subsiduary of Creative Labs) after OPTi(the originators of the chipset line) sold it to Creative labs in 1997. I have learned more than anyone should know about a sound card, except how to get this one to work in Windows 2000.(copied from link to nt4 driver below)(seems everyones having probs)

Has anyone contacted Labway???? i just submited a question to them (about if they have drivers for win2k)... lets lee if they will reply to me.... if you also ask them, perhaps they will respond when they see multiple people emailing them...
