We recently incorporated a windows 2000 server into our NT4 network. It is a database server running Microsoft SQL server and has a small number of workstations inputing into this database. There was no apparent setup problems and all computers on the network could access the new server and it could access all of them. When we added new workstations to the network they could access all coumputers including the 2000 server. Then when I added more workstations they could access everything on the network except the 2000 server. They could see it in network neighbourhood but got a message as follows when it was clicked on 'server not accessible'. These new workstation can see and access every other computer on the network. The 2000 server can also see these new workstations in Network places but can't access them either. It was as if it had decided enough Pc's had connected to it and it was not allowing any more. I increased the number of licences in the Licencing area in control panel on the server for both 2000 and SQL. It will not allow these new pc's to access the server even if no other PC is connected on the network. Any help would be appreciated

Try putting them back to a workgroup, then rejoin the domain.
