Im just a newbie, to set up a complete mail solution in a coporate network (i mean seting up mail server, creating users, users email accounts, etc), do i have to comfigure SMTP server and MSexchange server to interoperate together? or can MS exchange server alone be ok for all the needed set up and configuration without SMTP? also what configuration needs to be done on DNS if any. I mean w2k server and ms exchange 2000

We have the internet but no one seems to know how to search it. Why is that? I figure that would be the first thing everyone learns after how to push the button to turn on the machine.

My environment is 3,500 users, a 15 Exchange Server farm, and 440 other servers, that real enough for you? The fact is your question is quite unanswerable in a post, hence my RTFM.
