Comment:

I tried to set up smtp on IIS 5.0 and asp form mails got stuck in the queue folder. The mail has the following message:
"Reporting-MTA: dns;web
Received-From-MTA: dns;web
Arrival-Date: Fri, 17 Nov 2006 17:23:26 -0800

Final-Recipient: rfc822;changdongshi@hotmail.com
Action: delayed
Status: 4.4.1
Will-Retry-Until: Sun, 19 Nov 2006 17:23:26 -0800"
What is wrong with it?

Thanx for any advise!

• Numeric Code: 4.4.1

Possible Cause: The host is not responding.

That quote is from a MS site on Exchange. While you are not running exchange. I believe the code would be the same.

Most ISPs try to block any server running from home. That could be the first problem. Secondly, there may be some DNS issues too.
