Clients are sending email through a smtp email server. Is there any method to auto-forward ALL outgoing messages to a system administrator? Or any method for an administrator to view an outing log for ALL users?

You're getting into a really touchy area here. Privacy issues are a big thing.

Does your Company policy state that e-mail messages can/will be intercepted and monitored? You could be opening up yourself for a major lawsuit by doing this.

That's something to think about.

What kind of e-mail system are you using? Exchange? VMS with PMDF software?

Need more details.
