I have re-installed win me, had a problem with it and nows its worse, i`ve run Spyware Doctor, Spysweeper and Norton and they all find nothing and web browsing is really slow. Using broadband also.

i installed a new robotics modem. i noted slow browsing and game play. rototics tech said i had a software modem, which uses OS software and i should have bought a hardware modem which does not. who knows?
