I need help...I have a Gateway computer...with a logitech USB optical mouse...my problem is...when i try to surf the web, i can click on a address and it is slow opening the site...my computer is 256 RDRam PC800 memory..I was wondering if the problem is this mouse...they is a delay before going to the site i have chosen

i wonder what kind of "delay" are you referring to...if you mean the page wasn't appearing quick enough as you expected,i think there's no problems with any part of your computer.because the web pages are usually html files,the process of visiting a site is actually download the destination to your local computer(that's why we can view a page "offline"),and then appear it.the internet explorer,or netscape,etc are actually acting simply as a kind of "explainer",they are the same in this case.so generally speaking,the time period between downloading a page and actually viewing it has nothing to do with mouse.it's decided by the speed of your modem,the size of pages you are downloading, the response time of the remote server,your computer's speed,etc.
