Hi all,
recently i added another subnet(b) into my company network..configuration has been done @ router side by network group.. user connecting from (b) subnet get all the config from dhcp in (a) subnet wif no problem...the only issue i face is browsing the network..when user open the shared drives and open a file(word, excel & etc) it takes ard 30 seconds to open..
Can someone recommend what need to be done on both subnets so that user can have smooth file opening ...thanks

I never thought that I would see the day that 30 seconds would be too long to wait for something aparently it's here.
In any case, I would run TCPOptimizer.exe
www.speedguide.net on all the machines.

Other than that maybe you could post more info about your network, NICs, servers, routers, clients, and why you need 2 subnets in the first place. So many times I see people create more than they need.
