shut down options in Windows 2000

We have multiple users on the same machines. When they logoff we want the shutdown dialog box to automatically have logoff in the drop down menu instead of Shutdown. Currently they just hit OK and the computer shutdowns and then the next user has to wait for it to start up again. I can't find out where to change this.

Right Click on your task bar and chose Properties and then Advanced. From the menu in Advanced tab click Display Log off and there you go.

ctrl/alt/del and you'll see more than log off.
