Comment:

We run Exchange 2000 over a mixed Win2K/Novell6 network with Win2K and '98 workstations. Outlook 2000 is installed under the corporate option. When users share their Contacts with one another, only a small number of them appear. Any ideas please?

They are most likly have a sensitivity setting of private. You will need to go to the Outlook clients that have contacts that are not showing up and open the contact. Now click edit and select revise content. Now click file and select properties and change the sensitivity to normal.
