I'm running Win 2k on one machine trying to share files and printers. When I try to connect to the machine with a XP machine it won't except username and passwords for the accounts I set up on the win 2k machine. Any idea's why? I can get it working when connecting from a comp with Win98.

Workgroup, I presume? When you say 'won't accept', what exactly do you mean - can you describe what you do and any messages you get back (because you don't connect to machines, you connect to shares).
If it works from 98, presumably you're logging on 98 with user id/password that exists on 2k machine. Have you tried doing this from XP (ie, setting up account with right user name/password to work without having to supply them at connection time).

Any help would be appreciated!
