I tried to change the settings on a networked shared printer. Now I get an exception code 0sc0000005. And an error saying "Function address 0x606c92f caused a protection fault". As a result I cannot print to this printer. I cannot uninstall it and cannot open the printer properties tab. Any ideas how to get this printer reset so that it can be used?

Is it a network printer or a shared printer? Which one?

Which printer is it?

If you are just trying to change the settings through the printer properties on a computer, I would say reinstall the driver.

WILL POST FOR FOOD.
