Share folder to any machime without password

Hello everyone Where is the equivelent on Windows Server 2000 of the "Network access: Let Everyone permissions apply to anonymous users" option on Windows Server 2003 and XP? I really need to acess a Windows Server 2003 domain client (using XP) from any computer without being prompted a password. Alternativelly if someone has a way do backup a Windows Server 2003 machine as Administrator instead of SYSTEM this post should pass to the Windows Server 2003 forum :P Thanks
