how can I set default encoding in internet explorer in arabic(windows).
now everytime i change my page i must change encoding from western to arabic(view\encoding\more\arabic(windows).

Hmm not sure if this will do what you want or not, but try this: Open IE and then select Tools | Internet Options. Then click the "Languages" button. Add your language if it isn't already there. Then move it up to the top. That should make IE try to display the wesbites using that language first, then defaulting to the enxt language if it cannot do so...
