Server service hung to starting

Actualy the service who is hung starting is server service !

i have the same problem.
Its the DHCP service and the messenger service, that hungs on startup.
It cant be restarted manually, due to a mailfunction. Anyone know how fix this problem? I have tired to reinstall windows 2000 pro and tried to remove every network related stuff a reinstalled it, but nothing works.
