I have a W2K file server where all my users store their files and profiles and such, and I would like to find a decent software package that will just back up the server to it's connected tape drive. I don't need to back up the client machines because the users all store their data on the server, so nothing overly fancy (has to back up open files). I'd also like to be able to have it automatically eject the tape after it's done running (has to have a scheduler of course).
Anyone got any good suggestions for this? What ones work or don't work?

Summary: I guess Arcserv is the standard in the industry...but it's all what you get used to, as long as it works ok... One thing to consider...there is backup software that will automatically back up selected...
