Security Policy Error

Hi!

Following is a warning logged in the application log:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: SceCli
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1202
Date: 4/9/2002
Time: 10:18:11 AM
User: N/A
Computer: CONTROLLER2
Description:
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x534 : No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

and following is an Error logged in the application log:

Event ID: 1000
Date: 4/9/2002
Time: 10:18:11 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: CONTROLLER2
Description:
The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (1332).


this is occuring very frequently, i'm not able to understand whatz going wrong?

help me

check in your local security policy (or domain policy) and see if there is an account that no longer exist listed in any of the policy. The account name will be the the form of a SID. If you find it, remove it. Then run secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy and secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy. Look at the event log and see if it still showing up.
