Script to create many user on W2K

I know that there is a command line util that can be used to create users, although I rarely have to use it...

try: userinfo that what i have used in the past. Too much info to post here on how it works (switches, etc.) Go look at MS Technet for more info. Also there is an ADDUSER util found on the resource kit.
