I have a Latitude Laptop that we use here in our office for training purposes. The training program we use is poorly developed and designed enirely in flash.
We have expreienced such proglems as:
When the program opens up it opens up in full screen mode 800 X 600 hiding the toolbar. If you accidentaly hit the windows button on the keyboard it will display the start menue and this throws off all the clicking by about a quarter of an inch. This is not a big problem as you can just toggle with the alt+tab feature and get it to show in full screen again.
The problem I am having now is that the program is running at 1024 X 768 resolution and ofcourse does not take up the full screen. (This usually prevents the problem above) However on one of the exams it has a bunch of text that you have to drag from the left side and drop it on the right side. The text is too big! It does not fit in the allowed area and therefore runs off the page. This also throws off the mouse clicks because with the bigger font size nothing is in the right spot.
The screen settings are set to Windows Standard and 1024 X 768. (I have tried going down to 800 X 600 but I get the same problem. Just in a bigger size)
Any Idea how to fix the problem?
Thanks,
-Mario-
