scheduled backup won't run!!

Greetings everybody! Can anybody tell me why scheduled backup on w2k server won't run even when task scheduler is running in services?

Could be that it is trying to run as a service that needs a password. Check the properties on the scheduled task and see if one of the options is to configure a password.
