Does this user log on with a password? In Windows XP, task manager won't work unless you have a password. I can't remember if Win2K is this way as well.

1. Make sure you specify username/password 2. Make sure you are using same account as what you logged in as. For example if you have logged in using Domain account, and if you use local account for scheduling it will not work. In this case use domain account to schedule. 3. If it still doesn't work, in scheduled task look at the error message. For certain types of error it says exactly what the problem is. 4. If it still doesn't work contact us at http://www.tethyssolutions.com/ask-the-expert.htm (we offer free service)
