We have a dedicated PC in our dept. that runs scheduled tasks. Every now and then (no specific amount of days), all of our tasks will have the status "Could not start". The only way we have found to fix this is to re-enter the password for each task (even though it has not changed in years) and then re-run the tasks.
I found a post from November, 2003 in this message board on the problem I am experiencing, but that user said that he found it was happening to the change in Daylight Savings Time. For us, 1) we are in Arizona and do not go through Daylight Savings Time changes and 2) this problem does not occur every 3 months, it is much more frequent and random.
Anyone else have this problem? If so, have you found any other solution, patch, etc other than having to re-enter the password?
Thanks!

Need more info, you are only saying i am trying to start and it isnt working.
What is it supposed to start? When does the problem begin? (everytime at 09:00?)
domain computer or stand alone?
etc, etc, etc
