CPU/Ram: Pentium 166, Pentium 800

Hi!
When I intall the driver that came with the scanner Genius HR5, the message "C:\Windows\System\vmm32.vxd fault. Impossible continue" appears. How can I get drivers for Win 98 and 2000 Professional?
