scanjet 5100c & photosmart problems

1)when installing hp scanjet5100c on 2k pro machine on netware network, says i need admin rights & gives an Error 3 msg. Do i need to setup a password for local machine in addition to nw login password? 2)installing hp photosmart s20 on same machine, .zip files unzip to docume~1\admini~1\locals~1\temp etc. I know that is supposed to be the local settings folder, BUT I CANNOT FIND IT!! the .zip file unzips automatically & i cannot change the destination. Help is greatly needed!!
