Comment: I recently had problems downloading java files from my internet banking site. The tech support suggested that I upgraded from Windows 2000 SP1 to Windows 2000 SP4 which i did from the microsoft site. Since installing this i can no longer use any of my MS Office applications. i get the installer window popping up. when i try to install using the disk it can't find the fill it is looking for. It says it is looking for the installation package sberet.msi. I have searched for this on my computer, on the cd and on the net but had no luck. How do I repair MS Office? Windows explorer and other applications (non-microsoft/office) work fine. thanks Simon
