Save Dump - Event Viewer message

Hello All,

a computer get the blue screen of death sporadically. After reboot, the following entry appears in the viewer"

Description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x81f6e719, 0x00000001, 0x00000602). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini121003-02.dmp.

Question:
1. is there an online repository os such error messages and troubleshooting steps for them?

2. The mentioned Mini121003-02.dmp. cannot be opened with a regular text editor. How to open such file so that info can be retreived from it.

Have you looked in the Event Viewer for any info related to the occurence?

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
