Is there any way that I can import the SAM-database from the NT 4 PDC onto a W2k DC ?

Why would you want to do that?

Because I have installed a new W2k server on a new server. I tried to install it via NT4 as an upgrade. NT4 as BDC then promote to PDC and then upgrade ! But the NT4 install-program wouldn't accept the scsi-controller. That's why !:-)

No. You have to either go through the upgrade process or use a migration tool to clone the accounts to the Win2k domain.
