Runtime Error

OS: win2000 adv.server
CPU/Ram: celeron1g,128 ram
Comment:

I formated my pc and installed win2000 advanced server with ISA for internet sharing...and when i want to access my computer or open c or d drive it gives me the message "runtime error"
how can i solve this problem?
