Rundll32.exe uses 99% CPU

OS: Windows 2000
CPU/Ram: 1GB RAM

As soon as I start Internet explorer - rundll32.exe starts using 99% of CPU. i have already uninstalled all the extra programs - cleaned up the run folder in the registry - but this still seems to be happening - howefver, if i end process tree for rundll32.exe - i cna continue using the computer including internet explorer without and problem. I have also installed spybot to check for spyware and it has checked for spywares. Plz help!!

Check for updates on Spybot and also use Adaware6. Sounds like spyware to me.
